1. Leave the present moment.
2. Leave your sacred center.
3. Forget who you are.
4. Forget how very loved and protected you are.
5. Try to run into the past and the future simultaneously. If this is too difficult, then run back and forth between the two, bringing as much baggage from the past as you can through the present and into a non-existent future.
6. Worry.
7. Use your creativity to manufacture as many problems as you can possibly imagine.
8. Use your voice and vocabulary to activate reactive emotions. Try using words like can't, hard, scary, impossible, alone, what if, terrifying, etc. With practice, you may be able to work your entire biochemical system into a state of full-blown panic.
9. Breathe shallow. Keep your mind whirring in deep circular ruts. Keep your body indoors and moving frenetically. Allow no room for peace or beauty or joy or reason to enter.
10. (And this is VERY important) Under no circumstances are you to acknowledge the Divine, in you or around you.
