23 July 2003, Washington John: It's inside of us. It's an inner journey. It's not outward. There's nothing "out there" everything is in here [heart.] el: So that's what we're doing tonight. I've had the pleasure and honor of being in a really nice high vibration all day, so I want to share from that place with you. But I'm not going to tell you anything that you don't already know. I'm just going to remind you of something you might have forgotten. Kai might have stuff he wants to share. And then we'll go there. And again, "there" is here. [heart] [Meditation:] Imagine that your spine is a shaft of light, a tree trunk, however you want to see it. Open up your crown chakra, just like opening a funnel. Welcome in higher vibrational energy. Feel it grow and expand in you. Open up your root chakra through the soles of your feet or through the base of your tailbone, however is comfortable for you, and allow that Divine Light and Love to flow all the way through you body and into the Earth. Let it loop around the center of the Earth and come back out, full of all the Earth energy and love and thanksgiving and vibrant creativity. Shoot it back up through your spine and into your heart. Now you've got Divine Light and Love flowing in through your crown; you've got earth energy flowing up through your feet or your tailbone. Let them dance in your heart. Celebration. Union. The seen and the unseen. The Creator and the created, the co-creation. Mother Earth and Father Sky dancing in your heart. Allow that joy and vibrancy to fill your heart like when you're at a party and everyone starts laughing and you just can't contain yourself, you have to start laughing too. Allow that celebration to fill your heart, spill down your arms, out your hands. Somehow close the circuit on your hands, put your palms together or close your fingertips, whatever works for you, and allow that celebration energy, that joy, that vibrancy... Allow that celebration spirit to fill up your energy field, so that if somebody saw you right now, you'd look like a giant clown nose. Allow that energy to shoot back up to the top of your head, and back down to your tailbone and come to a comfortable manageable level, where you're vibing high but you're not uncomfortable, you just feel peaceful. And from that place of peace and centeredness, make a commitment to yourself to receive the message that Spirit would have for you tonight. Ask your guides and teachers to speak to you tonight and tell you exactly what you need to know for your life, right now, tonight. Thank them for that in advance. ----- [discussion] We're all growing into a much higher, finer vibration, and we're letting go of the old. That means letting go of who you used to be, your old limitations. Spirit calls us to do things that are out of our comfort zone, that are out of our personality zone. One of things that I've observed with great humour in other people and much consternation and pouting in my own life, is that we're called to do things that we're not good at in the physical plane on our own. We're called do things that we're not schooled in; that make us whine, "But I don't know how!"... And the reason for that is because when you do something that is out of your comfort zone, you will do it in co-creative partnership with the Divine. Whereas if you think you're good at it already, you'll blow off the Divine and just say " Ah, I'll do that." And you'll do it from your ego, or you'll do it from your will. "We are on the verge of discovering that we have the ability to create our dreams. We are on the verge of coming to the place where those words are no longer spoken of as concepts, but lived as a moment by moment reality. You do not speak of air. You breathe it. Jesus said that we are creator gods. Buddha said nothing exists without our consent. It is no coincidence that this gathering happens before the day of timelessness in preparation for the Mayan New Year. [switching tenses:] You are poised on the shores of the sea of all possibilities, afraid to dive in. Immersion is coming. By choice or by force, with consciousness or unconsciousness, you will find change to be your destiny. Do you have the courage to disengage yourself from the sadness and pain of illusion and help build something new? The more stubbornly you cling to the past, the more painful will be your experience. So what will it be? You have reached a choice point. All Life eagerly awaits your decision, And you will be met at the vibration which you choose. [silent meditation] ------ There is no dishonor in any choice. There is simply a loving invitation to each one here tonight to change your thought habits, to change your physical habits, to consciously choose change, to consciously choose a higher vibration, to change your vocabulary and move into the role of co-creator of a new reality. Long have you given attention, compassion, judgement and sadness to the old way. And with all your tears, your heartache, your hand-wringing, your political activism, how much change have you accomplished? Know this: If you so choose. Life as you know it will cease to exist for you this very evening, if you so choose. This does not mean death. This means true life. This means a life of service and joy, not servitude and martyrdom. Please distinguish. A word about courage: Courage is not the absence of fear. You have been conditioned to fear in this and many other incarnations. Courage is not the absence of fear. Courage is a willingness to step through the fear with Love. ---- el: Some of you are wondering, "How do I create a new world? I can't even get up on time some mornings?" You start with you. And you start with small little nudges from Spirit that say, "You know, you might want to..." And the brain says, "I have never xyz-ed in my life!" And the heart says, "Remember when you said, 'I will.' Remember when you said, 'yes' to Life? Remember when you said yes to Spirit? Hey baby, this is part of it." And you say, "You know, I don't need to feel inadequate. I don't need to feel that this isn't part of who I used to be. Because I'm not who I used to be." _____ Allow much humour and gentleness. 5 year olds being given the keys to the kingdom. Because this is a new energy. You're ready. You walk in love and Love will give you the answers. Deep breath in... [Kai shares] Return to Top of Page Kai: July 26th is an important day for us. It was two years ago that Eileen and I connected on a lot of levels. It happened here at Newman Lake, Washington, and it was a thing where essentially I died. My old identity died. We were in meditation at sunrise on July 26th, and I made the very choice that I am asking of you tonight, and the old me left. Eileen saw "the old me" physically leave my body. Now, that was two years ago, and it hasn't always been a piece of cake. That old part of me kept wanting to come back in. There was no room for it; there was no place for it to connect. But there was a lot of energy swirling around that was still having to be consciously released by me. You hear about the "end times," and the increase flow of energy upon the planet, and things happening so quickly. It is happening exponentially faster and it follows a geometric progression. With each moment there is a doubling in the amount of vibration, the amount of rapidity with which information is being drawn into and to yourself. You are doing this all to yourself. The cosmic joke is that nobody is doing this to you. You have chosen for this to occur. And if you choose to resist this process, if you choose to identify with your mind and your ego and say, "I am this..., or I am a victim..." you are going to hit some resistance, and there is going to be some energetic heat, and there is going to be some tension, and there is going to be some kind of pain. Because, frankly, resistance is not Love. Resistance is a resistance to Love. When you choose Love, you surrender, you let go. What are you surrendering? You're not surrendering the "Big You." Your are surrendering the "little you." When you surrender the "little you", the "Big You" comes in like gang busters. And then you find out that there is no separation between yourself and all other life. There never has been . The feeling of separation that we experience in our lives is a big illusion. We've been in a big movie in which we have been playing the lead part. And it's been a necessary movie. I read something the other day. I forget what book it was. But you want to know what the Maya thing is about? Basically, the Mayan calendars, the 17 calendars that are all different time frames, from 20 days to 10,800 years, etc. All of these calendars are cycling down to zero at the exact same moment. Another way of putting it is that God is hitting the refresh button. Literally, that is what God is doing. And what this means is, is that not that all is lost, but what does refresh do?—it brings in an opening to the new. Also, our Oversoul, that part of us that is "closer" to God, spews out all of these sparks, and they represent all of the divine lives that we are living, all at the same time, right "now.". There is more of you out there than you realize. Well, all of these lives are all being called home. The Oversoul is bringing them home. Except for one. But all of the information from the other soul fragments will be available to this one. And if you choose, and that is what you are choosing tonight, is to be that one that will receive and be present for the new reality. And all of that information of the Oversoul will be available to you in ways that you can't even imagine at this moment because you can't do it with your head. You have the opportunity to choose to receive this planet (in a different reality and a different dimension). If you don't choose it, it's no big deal. It really isn't. There is no time where God resides. So this is all happening at the same time whether you do it "now" or you do it later. So there is no pressure, guys. You just decide in your heart of hearts what you want to do "now." And it is not what you do, but what you want to be. Because there is no doing. That's the cosmic joke here. You can't do anything, you can't do it right. You be. Be. Like being now, in the present. That is what it is all about. It all cascades down in this polarity reality. It cascades down, your past, your future, your fears. It cascades down to what is really, truly here. It's the eye of the needle, it's the pinhead. The Now. That's all there is. That's the gateway. And you say, "I can't squeeze down that low." But you can, if you choose to do so. So how do you do all of this stuff that Eileen was bringing in from Spirit this evening? It's very simple -- It's be here now. BE HERE NOW. When you are fretting about paying the phone bill next month, you are "there" ("They are going to turn off the phone!") You aren't here, not now. You don't think that God is going to provide, that your Oversoul is going to provide the resources, or the situation that is going to take care of that bill? How funny is that thought, that God has a limited amount of money and He can only dole out a certain amount, and you aren't going to get your share because you're not worthy. That's all ego "bs." What if I say what I have been doing for the last two years is rising out of this reality of the 3D? And it is possible. You don't have to say "I've got to do it here, the way that it has been tried for the last several thousand years." That was one of Eileen's big "ah ha's" last year. "Do I go into the depths, do I go into the darkness, and I drag out those souls, and I bring them to the Light?" And she was doing that, all the while getting beat up. And finally, she got the "ah ha" that "No, I stand in the Light, and those that are ready will vibe up to me." OK? There is a big difference between those two approaches. So you hold your vibe, and then there is the phone bill again, and you feel your vibe dropping. You become aware of the drop in your vibe. And this is where the courage lies, to feel the fear about the situation, let it be, walk through the temporary fear, and take your power back from the "fearful" situation. It's temporary, it's only in that particular moment that you experience it, and it goes away if we allow it to. Because we empower our fears with our minds, not our hearts and our beingness. What you can choose tonight is real, and it is being open to receiving the Love of the Annointing. It is stepping outside of your minds into your Hearts, and know in your Heart of Hearts that you are worthy, grand, and limitless. You never have not been worthy, but unworthiness is a little mind game that we have played with ourselves. So, what do you do when the manure hits the fan and the politics are going crazy, and everything is going nuts, when you are reading the news and listening to the radio, and you are reacting with fear and anxiety? You do what we said earlier, you go inside and dive deep within your Heart center. You don't go into your head and try to control the situation with some course of action., whether it be anger, depression, withdrawal, or denial. Now I have to say that there has been a big lesson for me in the last couple of years because Eileen had to drag me kicking and screaming from the TV. And it's funny because where we live right now; we don't get TV reception unless you have a dish satellite or a cable. So we don't have TV. I still have the Internet, you can't be completely cut off...(laughter) but there still is a lessening of the trance that the TV will put you in. This is not meant to be a fear based kind of statement, it is just to remind us to be aware of a choice that we are making. Do you identify with the TV messages, or do you identify with the communication that you personally receive inside yourself? Which do you honor? Do you honor NBC, CBS, Fox? I don't care what your political view is. I'm talking about the choice that you make that is often an unconscious one that has unbelievable power over your thoughts, emotions, and lives. Why do people go on 30 day Vision Quests? They don't take their TV when they go on a Vision Quest. Why is that? So that they tune into God...to their Higher Self... to their Spirit Guides...They are consciously stepping out of the energy of the "world" for a period of time with the intent of connecting with their spiritual aspects. Why do you go to sacred mountains in India? We just had an interesting evening down in Santa Fe before we left. There is this individual named Ramana, a name given to him by his teacher, and he was talking about a very holy mountain in India named Arunachala. And what Ramana was saying is that this mountain, in the belief of the Hindus, is where the energy of the Masters hang out after they have passed over. The energy of every Master that has been on the planet is within the sphere of that mountain. So if you want to go on a Vision Quest, that sounds like the place to go, where for 250,000 years, all of the energy of the ascended masters and enlightened beings whoever have been on the Earth plane resides. And there is a celebration in November and December where a million people at the same time are walking around the base of the mountain praying, and that the energy is amped up so high that it permeates everywhere. You know what I took away from that is that we are not what we hear on the news, we are not what we experience in the United States, that there is a lot happening on this planet that we are not even aware of. And we just think that we have all of the answers to the problems on the planet. We don't have spiritual answers compared to many other people and places on the planet. So, we are not alone. There are billions and billions of people doing it on the planet right now as we speak. We are not just a group of people in this room doing it. We are not the only ones doing something spiritual for ourselves and the planet. We are not the only people who want peace. We are not the only people who want to see this planet be a better place. We are not the only people who are going inside to find answers. Up on our website is an article that was published in the Santa Fe New Mexican newspaper by this woman who went to the Middle East last year. Now she and her husband are Jewish Americans, and they were going to go to the Middle East, Tunisia, I think, and they were told and warned by people not to tell people over there that they were Americans. "Don't tell them that you are Jewish." "Don't wear tennis shoes because that gives you away as an American." "Make sure that you have an escape route so that you can get out of there in a hurry." They were given all of these warnings. They were a film crew, and they were going to be there for 6 weeks. And she wrote this article after they returned to Santa Fe, and she said, "Guess what, guys, I was only berated by one person the entire time that I was over there." Everyone else was open, and wanted to know what it was like to be an American. And they all want peace. They don't say "you are an American so you want war." They can make the distinction between what a government does and what the people want. And that is an important message: we are not alone in this. We are not doing it by ourselves. Much of what we have to be and do has to be done by yourself, but you are not alone. There are many other people striving to be and do their spiritual life work. And then there are the aliens. And frankly, that is one of the big reasons that we ended up in Santa Fe, because it is a hotbed of UFO activity. And there is this woman that we heard interviewed on the radio last week. Lissete Larkins. She has this book called "Calling On ETs." She was a housewife in southern California who was trying to do the whole southern California trip, was in an abusive relationship, and was trying to make it work. And she had a little baby boy, and all of a sudden these big shafts of light came down into her bedroom, and she thought that she was going crazy, and this happened for two years. And she finally checked herself into a mental hospital because she knew that she was going crazy. And fortunately, she had a psychiatrist, that after 3 weeks, told her that she was not mentally ill, but was having paranormal experiences, and told her to leave the hospital and figure it out. She wasn't given medication, so the energetic process wasn't stopped, and what it basically boiled downed to is that she began to speak with ET beings who were physically manifesting in her room. Her book is about her experiences and how you can draw the ET experience to you if you so choose. When you read the stuff that she has to say, it really talks about the steps on how you connect to God, not just to ETs. You have to get over your fears. The ETs are not going to come to you if you are afraid. They won't trust you if you are afraid. When the ETs were asked by her, " Why don't you land on the White House lawn?" They replied, "Because you would probably shoot us." I am throwing the ET thing into this discussion because they are part of God, too, and we will be having more and more contact. Remember, that this life that you are living now, is the distillation, the cream of the crop of all your past, present, and future lives, and you have access to every other life that you have ever lived, in any other place or in any other time, in any other dimension. If you choose to have access to that information, it is available to you. You are the crowning star of the thousands and thousands and thousands of incarnations that you have ever had. You chose to be born at this time because of that. You are not the riff raff of the Universe. You have been asleep. You have been in a trance. You can wake up whenever you choose. Know that when you wake up, anything and everything that is in the way of you staying conscious, staying awake, will come up and smack you upside of your head. What am I talking about? They are those things that your ego and mind have defined as you but in reality are not who you truly are. So, anything and everything that is not energetically in harmony with who you truly are, it has to be released back to Source. You brought it down from God, played with the God's Playdoh while living your lives, putting all of these emotional and fearful energies into the playdoh, but now you are saying "I don't need the playdoh anymore." But what has to happen is that you have to be aware of the playdoh that you have created so that you can release it from yourself and return it to God. So, your non-loving beliefs are going to come up to your conscious awareness so that you can release them back to God's cosmic soup. I used to shock clients in my private practice when they would come into my office all depressed, their life going to hell in a hand basket, and after they talked for a while about all of their woes, I would stand up and start clapping. And they would look at me in a confused manner, and I would laugh and tell them, "Congratulations. You are starting to move and change and get down to the real reason that you chose to be born." It's a good thing. It's the beginning of the shift for people. And that is literally what is happening to each and every one of us during the last several years. Life is getting faster. Your mind and your ego have no control over it because it is all guided from your Oversoul and the bigger energies of creation. But remember, the bigger part of you chose this experience. And so what you do is to go inside, surrender, and let go, and you let them (You) work it out. You know, our ego thinks that it has to figure it out. And eventually the ego will figure it out. You are not killing the ego; you are just putting it in right relationship. It's a tool. Your body is also a tool. I think that each of us knows and believes that when you die, the Big You really doesn't die. Your body dies but the bigger part of your essence stays alive. And you know what? You can bring that essence of the Big You down to this 3D and live for a thousand years if you want. I don't know if you would particularly want to, but you could chose to do that. There are no laws that say that you have to die when you are 80 years old. That's a belief system. Believing that we will die at 80 is an example of our power to create systems of thought that manipulate the playdoh of our lives here on the 3D. So that when Eileen and Spirit are talking about getting rid of the conditioning that is really what it boils down to. The beliefs and the fears that are behind our beliefs. So your fears are going to come up when you choose to wake up. But the fears are temporary. They are going to wash through you. The playdoh is going to be returned to God, and guess what? A new playdoh will appear and there will be more room for joy and love and happiness. Because you made more room, and you expanded. You become less weighty, and you become Lighter. Now, it isn't always fun when you are talking about judgment. Judgment is a biggy. That's what this is. You judge that this experience "sucks," and yes, I guess from a certain perspective, it does. But you don't have to figure all of this stuff out. That's the crazy thing. You can delete these programming systems and conditioning beliefs without knowing what each of them are. It's like going through your computer to delete files. You can choose to delete each individual file or you can go up to their root file and delete that one, which gets rid of all the files underneath it. You don't have to go to each one, know it, experience it, and relive it, in order to delete it. We would be here for a long time if that was the only option. So, that is where you trust Spirit, and that Spirit is you. The Big You, the Big Self. Who you truly are. Not this little self sitting in this room, in this body, living this life. That is only one little tidbit of the energy of who you are. It is connected to all of who you are, and that connection can get bigger. Eventually, the pipe (the connection) that we talk about finally dissolves and you become one with all that is. But the feeling of separateness has had a purpose; it has had a task. It has been important for God to know separateness. We have been beaming this stuff about separateness back to God, and He/She has said. "Ok, I have had enough. The Cosmic Design is all back in alignment, and I'm going to hit the refresh button." And we are going to have a whole new reality, a whole new existence. That's what the Maya were talking about, that's what the Revelations was talking about. God is going to hit that refresh button, and we have no idea what it's going to be like. Our brains don't. Our hearts know that all is well. The Hopi Elder talked about it being important that in this river of life to get into the middle of the river, keep your head above water, and let go. To let go and let the current take you. And look around, and see whom else in on the journey. You will see a whole bunch of people hanging onto the shore of the river of life. They are not quite letting go yet. And his final saying was that we are the ones we have been waiting for. It's nobody else. It is each of us. We just haven't remembered. So, on a practical note, be here, now. Take time to be silent. I'll give a couple of tidbits. Wayne Dyer's new book, "Getting Into the Gap," is helpful in this regard. The idea of the gap. He shows you how to get into the silence with his meditation. He has a CD with the book. I don't care what technique that you use, you are silencing the mind. You are going into the Silence. Because that is where all creativity occurs. Creativity happens in the Void, in the Silence. It's where the birth of universes, of us, the births of all realities occur there. If you go there, even for 15 seconds a day, you will have a profound change in your life. If you truly get into the gap. The Silence. And it is not difficult. It only takes the discipline to do it. It is basically shutting your mind up. And, keep us informed as to what happens. Because that is the fun and joy of all of this. It is going through all of this, and sharing our experiences with one another. And supporting each other, and loving each other, and just having a good old time with it. That is really what this is about. We all chose to do this. Really. We did. I'm done ----- el: So imagine, if you will, a world where people live together in celebration of their differences. Imagine a world where individuality is seen as a beautiful kaleidoscope, a way of refracting Divine Light in a unique pattern; Where each unique flower in the garden of Life is cherished for what it brings to the garden. Imagine a world where cars are no longer necessary, where a pollution-free car isn't necessary because people don't travel that way. They simply get quiet, think of a destination, and manifest there. Imagine a world where people no longer watch TV because they don't need another person to tell them how to think; and they understand that all information is everywhere available, all the time. So when someone wants to know something, they sit down, they get quiet, and they get the answer. Imagine a world where no one is hungry because people no longer need food to live. Imagine a world where political systems are obsolete because the people all listen to the voice of the Divine within them and perfect order and harmony are created that way. Imagine a world where people live according to the Golden Rule, and so there is no need for self-protection. Imagine your fondest dreams. Imagine a space-time where creativity, divinity, magic, and joyful fun are encouraged. Imagine a world where no one is censored or told to shut up, sit down and behave themselves. Imagine a world where the colours are more vibrant and the eyes of all beings are more alive. And so know this: whatever you're being called to do tonight, whatever the stirring is, whatever that thing is that, when we were silent, made you a little uncomfortable... Buddha said nothing exists without your consent. Nothing happens without our consent, including that. The problem that has happened for so many of us is that we have made a distinction –"here's my spiritual life, and I have a rich spiritual life, and now here's my phone company bill life." How would – you know the little bumper stickers you see, "What would Jesus do?" – it's comical, but play with it. How would Jesus pay his phone bill? Go fishing. How would Jesus feed the hungry? "Well I got 5 loaves and 2 fishes, that's enough to feed 5,000." This is your destiny. You won't get there through your ego. You won't get there through your fears. You won't get there through arrogance, "I have special gifts from God. I'm special." Yes you are! And so is everybody else! It's about: Here's an opportunity. We are the people we've been waiting for. We are the aliens and angels who are coming to rescue us from ourselves. It's us. "Well I have to have my 8 hours of sleep a night. If I don't have my 8 hours of sleep, I just can't function." Dropping away. "I'm a vegetarian. I've been a vegetarian for decades. I'll always be a vegetarian." Maybe you will. Maybe you won't. "You must pray first thing in the morning. That's the most important time of the day." "In this now, Spirit, what would you have me do?" "In this now, what does love do?" In this now. And if love is somewhere overseas in somebody's house and they offer you monkey brain soup, maybe what love has you do, if you've been a vegetarian for 15 years, is eat a little of the monkey-brain soup. Who knows? I'm hoping that's not my path, but who knows. [Kai tells story about Eileen in a similar situation] (The moral of that story is: If you do it, do it with Love and joy, and do it because your angels told you to, not because you were raised with Catholic guilt.) You catch yourself. "...a person on his own path, and I honor that, 'cause everybody has a right to walk their own path. Obviously he's living in a different reality than me. In the new world we're creating, everyone is going to be led from the inside and from Love so they won't have to have presidents and prime ministers. And the people who do end up in leadership positions will be there because their hearts are so full of love and wisdom. And they'll be chosen by consent based on their ability to walk in love. Huh. That's the reality I'm going to. Bless you, Mr. Politician. Bye. You can join us there or not." "Here's your mantra: Not, "How's it going to work?"
