Eileen has created a guided meditation tape that many find easy to employ and quite effective in creating inner peace and stability. The tape guides you through a simple technique so easy to learn that it has been used and enjoyed by children, first-time meditators and people with learning disabilities. In classroom situations, this non-sectarian technique has produced measurable results in less than 3 minutes with students of mixed age, gender, belief systems and abilities. Eileen has created several other tapes to assist in physical healing, achieving ideal body weight, smoking cessation and preparing for childbirth. However, these were recorded over copyrighted music, so we cannot offer them to you until we create or acquire original background music. These will be available at some future date.
